Any adult person or a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor, incompetent or ward who is a victim of domestic violence, menacing by stalking, human trafficking, trafficking in persons, rape, or sexual battery may work with an application assistant at an agency or organization that serves victims of such acts to complete an application for the safe at home address confidentiality program. Any person wishing to receive a list of agencies with application assistants may visit the website of the secretary of state at www.safeathomeohio.com, or contact the office at:
