122:26-1-01. Definitions

(A) "Certification" means the verification that an eligible project meets all of the scoring criteria as established by the director of the Ohio development services agency.
(B) "Director" means the director of the Ohio development services agency or his or her designee.
(C) "Program policies" mean the detailed guidelines for the "SiteOhio" certification program approved by the director of the Ohio development services agency and available online at http://siteohio.development.ohio.gov.
(D) "Recipient" means an eligible applicant and the site owner(s) whose site has received certification under the "SiteOhio" certification program.
(E) "Recertification" means the verification that a site with an existing "SiteOhio" certificate continues to meet all of the scoring criteria as established by the director of the Ohio development services agency.
(F) "Site" means the collective parcels of eligible project property, or portion of such a parcel, and any improvements to it, as described in the application.
(G) "SiteOhio certificate" means the document the recipient receives from the director of the Ohio development services agency following certification.
(H) "Site owner" means a person or political subdivision holding a real estate title to the site, as defined in this rule.
(I) The terms used in section 122.9511 of the Revised Code are also applicable to the "SiteOhio" certification program.
