122:26-1-03. Application process

(A) An eligible applicant shall submit an application that complies with the program policies as established by the director which are available online at http://development.ohio.gov/redev/siteohio.htm.

(B) Applications for the "SiteOhio" certification program may be submitted for a site located in any county in the state of Ohio.

(C) The director shall evaluate an application for completeness using the scoring criteria and scoring instruments which are available online at http://siteohio.development.ohio.gov, and materials required by the director. The director may request that an applicant provide missing or additional information. An applicant may only submit missing or additional information upon request by the director. If an applicant does not submit the requested information within a timeframe established in the program policies or the application does not meet all the scoring criteria, the director shall issue a rejection letter notifying the applicant.

(D) A rejection letter issued by the director for a specific application does not prohibit an applicant from resubmitting an application for the same site at a future time.

(E) The decision by the director to approve a site for certification is final and may not be appealed.
