122:26-1-04. "SiteOhio" certification process

(A) The director shall issue an approval letter and a "SiteOhio" certificate if the evaluation has determined that the eligible applicant's site meets the "SiteOhio" certification program requirements and the required fees have been paid.

(B) The "SiteOhio" certificate issued by the director shall include the name of the recipient(s), the address or location of the site, the utilities and infrastructure currently available at the site, and any additional information as established by the program policies.

(C) The certification is valid for three years following the issuance of the "SiteOhio" certificate.
