122:26-1-06. Recertification

Latest version.

(A) Three years following the issuance of a "SiteOhio" certificate, the site is eligible for recertification by the recipient or another eligible applicant.

(B) The director shall issue an approval letter and a "SiteOhio" certificate once the director has received verification that the site continues to meet all of the "SiteOhio" certification program requirements and the required fees have been paid.

(C) The recertification "SiteOhio" certificate issued by the director shall include the name of the recipient(s), the address or location of the site, the utilities and infrastructure currently available at the site, and any additional information required by the program policies.

(D) The recertification is valid for three years following the issuance of the recertification "SiteOhio" certificate.
