123:1-35-01. Director's approval

Latest version.

(A) All payrolls for employees in the classified service paid by warrant of the director of budget and management shall be submitted for the director's review and verification as often as issued.

(B) Payrolls shall be reviewed and verified by the director in a manner consistent with the payroll processing technology currently in use and shall be forwarded to the proper disbursing officer for payment.
