123:1-35-04. Payrolls prepared by data processing methods

Latest version.

Where payrolls are prepared by electronic data processing equipment, the Director may develop methods for controlling input or verifying output of such equipment to assure compliance with all relevant laws and rules. All payrolls prepared by these methods shall be subject to special audit at any time.
