123:1-37-01. Employees eligible for pay supplements

Latest version.

(A) Each state employee paid under salary Schedule E-1 of section 124.152 of the Revised Code is eligible for pay supplements as provided for in section 124.181 of the Revised Code.

(B) Each request for additional pay supplements shall be submitted to the director by the appointing authority or the employee on the prescribed form. The effective date for such supplements shall be set by the director, upon adequate proof of eligibility.
