The director may issue directives, policies, or memoranda to implement the provisions of department rules and to establish the necessary forms or procedures which carry out Chapters 123., 124., 125., and 153. of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder. Any such directives, policies, or memoranda shall be publicly available on the department of administrative services website.
