123:1-7-01. Classification of positions for employees paid by warrant of the director of budget and management

All positions for employees paid directly by warrant of the director of budget and management shall be classified in accordance with section 124.14 of the Revised Code unless specifically exempted by law or otherwise covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
