135-2-01. Investment limitations for state interim funds

Latest version.

(A) All limitations on investments related to the aggregate size of the state's portfolio or total average portfolio made pursuant to section 135.143 of the Revised Code shall apply at the time of purchase. The investment limitations contained in subsections (A)(4)(a) and (A)(11) of section 135.143 of the Revised Code are excluded from this provision.
