1501:1-25-01. Notice of public rules hearing

Public notice of hearing for the purpose of promulgating rules to be conducted by the Recreation and Resources Commission shall be advertised in five (5) newspapers of general circulation in the State at least thirty (30) days, but not more than sixty (60) days, prior to the hearing. The notice shall state the commission's intention to consider adopting, amending, or rescinding rule, shall include a synopsis of the proposed rule, amendment, or rule to be rescinded, or a general statement of the subject matter to which such rule relates, and the date, time, and place of a hearing on said proposed action. The notice shall also state the place from which copies of the propsed rule, amendment or rule to be rescinded may be obtained.
