1501:3-2-22. Unattended cameras; geocaches prohibited

(A) No person shall leave a game camera or otherwise stationary camera unless it has a durable, waterproof tag that lists the name, phone number, and mailing address of the user in legible English letters.

(B) No person shall leave any container for use as a geocache unless given prior written permission from the chief of the division of forestry or authorized agent.
