1501:3-4-14. Helmets and eye protection in state forests

Latest version.

No person shall operate or ride any permitted vehicle or snowmobile on any state forest trail or area designated and provided for such use without a protective helmet and eye protection. All helmets and eye protection shall conform to standards promulgated by the director of highway safety.
