1501:3-7-01. Authority of forest officer

Persons designated by the chief of the division to enforce these rules and regulations shall be appointed and be commissioned as forest officers and have authority under Sections 1503.29, 1503.30, 1503.31, and 2935.03 of the Ohio Revised Code.
