1501:31-11-04. No trespass game refuge; Mercer county

  • (A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass at any time within a certain area in Mercer county posted as "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful" more particularly described as follows:

    Located in Jefferson, Butler and Franklin townships in Mercer county beginning at a stone in the Franklin-Butler township line and in the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 24, Butler township and running thence north along said township line, a distance of 429.00 feet to a stone marked "S.L.," thence along the line surveyed in 1876 by Raudabaugh and as recorded as "State Property Line" in "Plat Book 1," page 120, Mercer county recorder's office, the following sixteen courses and distances:

    South 63°30' west, a distance of 181.50 feet to a point; South 11°30' west, a distance of 132.00 feet to a point; South 66°00' west, a distance of 165.00 feet to a point; North 15°00' east, a distance of 198.00 feet to a point; North 21°45' east, a distance of 132.00 feet to a point; North 82°00' west, a distance of 99.00 feet to a point; North 31°30' west, a distance of 280.50 feet to a point; North 15°30' east, a distance of 198.00 feet to a point; North 38°00' west, a distance of 115.50 feet to a point; North 13°30' west, a distance 115.50 feet to a point; North 25°15' east, a distance of 132.00 feet to a point; North 73°45' east, a distance of 132.00 feet to a point; South 85°45' east, a distance of 99.00 feet to a point; South 60°45' east, a distance of 115.50 feet to a point; South 88°45' east, a distance of 115.50 feet to a point; North 51°15' east, a distance of 26.15 feet to a point; on the Franklin-Butler township line; thence leaving said Raudabaugh line and running north along said Franklin-Butler township line, a distance of 385.63 feet to a point on the Raudabaugh line; thence leaving said township line and running with said Raudabaugh line the following seven courses and distances:

    (B) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
