1501:31-11-04. No trespass game refuge; Mercer county

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass at any time within a certain area in Mercer county posted as "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful" more particularly described as follows:

Located in Jefferson, Butler and Franklin townships in Mercer county beginning at a stone in the Franklin-Butler township line and in the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 24, Butler township and running thence north along said township line, a distance of 429.00 feet to a stone marked "S.L.," thence along the line surveyed in 1876 by Raudabaugh and as recorded as "State Property Line" in "Plat Book 1," page 120, Mercer county recorder's office, the following sixteen courses and distances:
