1501:31-11-07. Restricted hunting and trapping; Eagle creek wildlife area

No person shall at any time hunt, trap, take or possess a wild animal within the Eagle creek wildlife area located in Brown county, except when authorized by the chief of the division of wildlife, except that fish, frogs, or turtles may be taken and possessed unless expressly prohibited.
(A) It shall be unlawful to hunt or trap within the Eagle creek wildlife area without a permit issued by the chief of the division of wildlife.
(B) It shall be unlawful to violate any condition listed on the permit to hunt or trap within the Eagle creek wildlife area.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt within an area posted with signs showing "No Hunting Zone," on the Eagle creek wildlife area.
