Chapter1501:31-11. Refuges and Restricted Hunting Areas |
1501:31-11-15. Urbana wildlife area refuge

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass at any time within a certain area on the Urbana wildlife area, posted as "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful," without written permission from the chief of division of wildlife, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Short Game Farm road and Game Farm road, thence westerly for 5,625 feet to a point, thence south for 3,320 feet, thence east for 2,772 feet, thence south for 1,914 feet, thence east for 2,735 feet to Game Farm road, thence north to beginning point (5,280 feet).
(B) The lands described above shall be closed to all persons except for persons tending crops, persons authorized to hunt by special permit issued by the chief or his agent, and authorized division of wildlife personnel in the performance of their official duties.
(C) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
