Chapter1501:31-11. Refuges and Restricted Hunting Areas |
1501:31-11-18. Killbuck refuge

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter at any time without written permission from the chief of the division of wildlife within a certain area on the Killbuck refuge, posted with signs reading "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful," more particularly described as follows:
(1) Beginning at the southwest corner of Wooster township in Wayne county and continuing due east along the boundary between Wooster and Franklin townships for a distance of three thousand two hundred feet; thence due north for a distance of two thousand four hundred twenty-five feet; thence due west for a distance of five hundred forty feet; thence due south for a distance of one thousand seven hundred ten feet; thence due west for a distance of two thousand six hundred forty feet to the boundary between Wooster and Plain townships; thence due south along the boundary between Wooster and Plain townships for a distance of six hundred seventy feet to the point of beginning.
(2) Begining at a point where state highway 83 intersects County Line road, thence northerly on state highway 83 to Force road, thence westerly on Force road to township road 76, thence southerly on township road 76 to Shreve Eastern road to County Line road, thence easternly on County Line road to state highway 83.
(B) The lands described above shall be closed to all persons except authorized personnel of the division of wildlife while such persons are in the performance of their official duties, or those issued a permit by the chief of the division of wildlife.
