1501:31-11-19. No trespassing area, Big Island wildlife area

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass from November first through March first without a permit from the chief of the division of wildlife within a certain area of the Big Island wildlife area posted as "No Trespassing Zone" and more particularly described as follows:
Located in Big Island township, Marion county, beginning at point 83 degrees 14.85 minutes west, 40 degrees 34.30 minutes north, proceed west for a distance of 1,471 feet to a point on the bank of Glade Run, 83 degrees 15.17 minutes west, 40 degrees 34.31 minutes north; then proceed south-southwest a distance of 815 feet to a point along Glade Run, 83 degrees 15.09 minutes west, 40 degrees 34.195 minutes north, then proceed east a distance of 1,080 feet to the point 83 degrees 14.86 minutes west, 40 degrees 34.19 minutes north, then proceed north a distance of 658 feet to the point of beginning, 83 degrees 14.85 minutes west, 40 degrees 34.30 minutes north.
(B) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
