1501:31-13-12. Nonresident lake Erie sport fishing district permit

(A) Each nonresident lake Erie sport fishing district permit issued in accordance with section 1533.38 of the Revised Code shall be valid between the first day of January and the last day of April.
(B) Any nonresident person under the age of sixteen years may take fish from the lake Erie sport fishing district between the first day of January and the last day of April without obtaining a nonresident lake Erie sport fishing district permit.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person required to obtain a nonresident lake Erie sport fishing district permit while fishing in the lake Erie sport fishing district to fail to carry the person's permit and exhibit it to any enforcement officer so requesting.
(D) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
