1501:31-17-01. Seasons, hours, and possession limits

(A) Throughout the state, it shall be unlawful for any person to take, collect, or possess mussels, except according to this rule or any section of the Revised Code.

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter or trade any mussels or parts thereof.

(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to take, or attempt to take mussels or mussel shells.

(B) All definitions set forth in section 1531.01 of the Revised Code shall apply to this rule.
