1501:47-3-18. Lakes permitting no wake operation

  • (A) On the waters within the boundaries of Harrison lake state park:

    (1) No person shall operate or permit the operation of a powercraft at a speed greater than idle speed or a speed that creates a wake, and

    (2) No person shall operate or permit the operation of any vessel utilizing a motor designated by the manufacturer as a jet drive motor.

    (B) For the purposes of this rule, a "wake" is defined as a track in the water left by a motorized vessel that may cause discomfort, injury, or damage to persons, other vessels, or property.
