1501:47-3-32. Watercraft operation in activity zone

At Portage lakes state park and Buckeye lake state park, no person shall operate a watercraft in either of the two activity zones for purposes other than the activity that is designated for that period of time. This rule shall apply from Memorial day to Labor day between the hours of nine a.m. and eight p.m., and from Labor day to Memorial day between the hours of nine a.m. and sunset.
