1501:47-3-97. Pilot programs: unlimited horsepower at no-wake speed

The provisions of this rule shall remain in effect until October 31, 2020.
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a powercraft at a speed greater than idle speed or at a speed that creates a wake on the following water areas:
(A) Madison lake at Madison lake state park
(B) Turkey Creek lake at Shawnee state park
As of November 1, 2020, no person shall operate or permit the operation of a powercraft with a motor other than an electric motor on the water areas listed in this rule.
