1501:47-7-04. Five Rivers metroparks; Eastwood lake

(A) With the exception of special events approved by the five rivers metroparks, on eastwood metropark lake, on odd dates of the month, no watercraft shall be operated at greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake. Personal watercraft and sailing vessels are exempted from this idle speed, no wake restriction.
(B) On even dates of the month, all other watercraft, except personal watercraft and sailing vessels, may be operated.
(C) A "wake", as used in this rule, shall be defined as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
