1501:47-7-06. Odell lake, Holmes county

(A) No person shall operate (start/run) or permit to be operated a motor, or combination of motors, exceeding a horsepower rating in excess of ten horsepower to propel a vessel on or within Odell lake.

(B) Nothing in this rule shall prohibit vessels with higher horsepower motors from being present on these waters provided they comply with paragraph (A) of this rule.
