    The slip between the middle bay and the north bay includes all waters between a line crossing Nettle lake from the beach at camp Diclair (41°41'15"N 84°43'31"W) to the opposite eastern shoreline (41°41'15"N 84°43'35"W) and extending northward to the north bay.

    The north bay includes all waters north of a line crossing Nettle lake from the mouth of Nettle creek (41°41'19"N 84°43'28"W) to the opposite eastern shoreline (41°41'19"N 84°43'31"W).

    The south bay includes all waters south of a line crossing the bay from the Lazy Acres boat launch at the intersection of Flagler street and Hollywood street (41°40'42"N 84°43'27"W) to the point at the end of Hiawatha trail (41°40'41"N 84°43'31"W).

    General provisions:

    (A) It shall be unlawful to engage or attempt to engage in water skiing or utilize any other towable device between the hours of six p.m. and ten a.m. local time.

    (B) It shall be unlawful to operate a watercraft at a speed that creates a wake between the hours of six p.m. and ten a.m. local time.

    (C) All powercraft shall proceed in a counter-clockwise direction except while beaching or going into shore.

    (D) It shall be unlawful to engage or attempt to engage in any towed watersports in the slip between the middle bay and the north bay at any time. It shall be permissible to utilize a towable device in the north bay or south bay during the hours of ten a.m. and six p.m. local time, provided that such activities are conducted at no-wake speed .

    (E) It shall be unlawful to operate a powercraft at a speed that creates a wake in the south bay, the north bay, or the slip between the middle bay and the north bay.

    (F) It shall be unlawful to anchor a watercraft in the slip between the middle bay and the north bay.

    (G) No person shall operate a powercraft at a speed greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake at any time when the lake warning flags are displayed as notice of hazardous conditions or flood stage.

    (H) No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel in violation of this rule.
