1501:47-7-12. Stark county park district

(A) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a motor, or combination of motors, exceeding a horsepower rating in excess of ten horsepower to propel a vessel on or within Walborn reservoir and Sippo lake.
(B) No person shall operate (start/run) or permit to be operated a motor, other than an electric motor, to propel a vessel on or within Deer Creek reservoir in Stark county.
(C) Nothing in this rule shall prohibit vessels with higher horsepower motors from being present on the waters specified in paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule provided they comply with paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule.
(D) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft on or within Petros lake or the Ohio and Erie canal within Stark county.
