1501:47-7-14. Lake Snowden: Athens county, Ohio

(A) Upon the waters of lake Snowden, no powercraft shall be operated at a greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake, unless specifically permitted in writing by the park manager.

(B) A "wake" as used in the rule shall be defined as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
