1501:47-7-15. Apple Valley lake: Knox county, Ohio

(A) Upon the waters of Apple Valley lake, no powercraft shall be operated at greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake between sunset and sunrise.

(B) A "wake" as used in the rule shall be defined as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
