1501:47-7-16. Lake Lorelei, Brown county

(A) Upon the waters of Lake Lorelei, no person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft at a speed greater than thirty-five miles per hour from sunrise to sunset within the water-ski or open zone.
(B) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft at a speed greater than six miles per hour from sunset to sunrise within the water-ski or open zone.
(C) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft at greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake within one hundred fifty feet of the marina, gasoline dock, and launch ramp.
(D) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft at greater than idle speed or at a speed that creates a wake within the coves and the mouth of Glady Run.
(E) Powercraft shall be operated in a counter-clockwise traffic pattern with the shoreline on the starboard (right) side of the powercraft.
(F) No person shall operate or permit to be operated a powercraft in a clockwise direction, unless the operator is picking up a fallen water-skier.
(G) A "wake," as used in this rule, shall be defined as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
