1501:47-9-05. Launching, anchoring, and storage

Ingress and egress for watercraft to the reservoirs of the district shall be only at sites authorized by the district and boats shall not be anchored, tied, or stored overnight at any points along the shores of the reservoirs unless under the terms of special contracts. Boats found unattended in violation of this regulation shall be deemed "abandoned" and handled as provided in section 1547.30 of the Revised Code providing for the disposition of "abandoned" watercraft.
