1501:47-9-08. Night speed activities

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit to be operated a watercraft at a speed in excess of six miles per hour, or to engage in water skiing, surfboarding, or other like towing activities on any waters of the Muskingum watershed conservancy district from sunset to sunrise local time.
