1501:47-9-10. Use of airborne devices prohibited

Latest version.

No person, while being towed by a watercraft, shall use any device for the purpose of becoming airborne over Muskingum watershed conservancy district waters. No person while operating a watercraft shall tow any person using a device for the purpose of becoming airborne over the muskingum watershed conservancy district waters.
