1501:9-10-06. Exceptions

Latest version.

Rules 1501:9-10-01 to 1501:9-10-06 of the Administrative Code shall not apply to any pipelines in existence prior to the effective date of these rules. However, the chief of the Division of Mineral Resources Management shall have the authority to issue corrective orders with respect to those pipelines, when, by actual incident, the chief finds them to be hazardous or dangerous.
