3304-2-55. Vocational rehabilitation counseling and guidance, referral

(A) OOD staff shall provide counseling and guidance, including information and support services to assist an individual in exercising informed choice. It includes personal adjustment counseling and vocational counseling, to maintain a counseling relationship throughout the rehabilitation process. OOD shall provide information and referral services to other programs when necessary to help the individual secure needed services from other agencies.

(B) This rule is designed to implement "Title IV of the Workforce Investment Act,"

which contains the 1998 amendments to "The Rehabilitation Act of 1973," and resulting regulations.
