3354:2-62-03. Financial aid

All recommendations and/or decisions for financial aid award are the responsibility of the financial Aid Office and its authorized committees. All disbursements of financial aid funds will be the responsibility of the financial services. Financial aid disbursements may include the payment of tuition and fees, the purchase of books and supplies, and the issuance of checks for living expenses if such expenses are allowed for in the particular financial aid program or grant.
(A) Where appropriate, financial aid funds may be withheld from a student pending the repayment of delinquent loans or the funds may be applied to such outstanding delinquent loans and the balance of the award, if any, given to the student.
(B) Where appropriate, financial aid funds may be applied to non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks or any other outstanding debt a student may have to the college.
