3354:2-66-01. Tuition payment plan

Latest version.

(A) Lakeland will offer a tuition payment plan for which specific administrative procedures are established.

(B) The college reserves the right to collect the principal outstanding on a delinquent tuition payment and any applicable interest or penalty due and any associated collection cost incurred by the college.

(C) A student who is delinquent or in default of a tuition payment may:
(1) Be denied the right to register for any term;

(2) Be denied release of grades or transcripts.
