3357:3-3-16. Insurance

(A) The college shall have an active risk management program that includes a comprehensive insurance package. This will ensure the viability and continued operations of central Ohio technical college.

(B) Central Ohio technical college shall maintain adequate insurance against general liability, as well as coverage for building, contents, computers, fine arts, equipment, and machinery.
