3701:1-50-16. Preliminary determinations

Latest version.

Before the first use of any packaging for the shipment of licensed material, the licensee shall ascertain that the determinations in paragraphs (a) through (c) of 10 C.F.R. 71.85 (as published in the January 1, 2017 Code of Federal Regulations) have been made.
