  • (A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Coshocton county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 4.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

    (B) The " Conesville Power Plant" (OEPA premise number 0616000000) or any subsequent owner or operator of the " Conesville Power Plant," Conesville, Ohio shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from the following sources to exceed the amount indicated:

    (1) Conesville unit 4 main boiler (OEPA source number B004); a maximum of 5.66 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each boiler.

    (2) Conesville unit 5 and unit 6 main boilers (OEPA source numbers B007 and B008); a maximum of 1.2 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each boiler.

    (3) Diesel numbers 1 through 3 (OEPA source numbers B006, B009 and B010); a maximum of 0.52 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each diesel.
