3745-18-28. Erie county emission limits

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Erie county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(F) The "Mississippi Lime Company - Huron Plant" (OEPA premise number 0322010062) or any subsequent owner or operator of the Mississippi lime company facility located at 100 Meeker street, Huron, Ohio shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from lime kiln numbers 1, 2, 3 (OEPA source numbers P901 to P903) to exceed a maximum of 4.0 pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of product.
