3745-57-90. Applicability- miscellaneous units

Rules 3745-57-90 to 3745-57-93 of the Administrative Code apply to owners or operators of facilities that treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste in miscellaneous units, except as rule 3745-54-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise.
