3745-69-30. Applicability- underground injection

Latest version.

Except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise, rules 3745-34-01 to 3745-34-62 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of wells used to dispose of hazardous waste which are classified as "Class I" under 40 CFR 144.6(a) and which are classified as "Class IV" under 40 CFR 144.6(d).
