3769-1-07. Licensed person or persons required to have a license

Latest version.

(A) "Licensed person" pertains to any person who has received a license from the Ohio state racing commission.

(B) "Persons required to have a license" pertains to any person whose activities on a race track would require such person to be so licensed.
