3769-1-16.1. Thoroughbred Breeder Award

(A) A "Thoroughbred Breeder Award" is the payment from the thoroughbred race fund paid in accordance with Section 3769.083(c)(3) of the Ohio Revised Code. No award shall be made after the death of the eligible breeder or stallion owner unless there is a surviving co-breeder or stallion co-owner who is registered as such with the commission prior to the date of eligibility.
