3769-11-48. Authorized agent

Latest version.

"Authorized agent" means a person authorized by a licensed owner or trainer to act in their behalf in all matters pertaining to the racing of his/her horses under the rules, regulations, and conditions of the Ohio state racing commission and the laws of the state of Ohio, subject to any stated limitations.
