3769-15-16. Horses ineligible to be entered

Latest version.

An owner or trainer shall not enter or start a horse that has not been qualified or is on the steward's list, is wearing a trachea-tube, or has a hole in its throat for a trachea-tube, has been nerved as described in rule 3769-18-04 of the Administrative Code, or has impaired eyesight in both eyes.
