3769-2-14. Permit holders enforcement obligations

It shall be the duty of each and every permit holder and the officers, directors, officials and employees of said permit holder to observe and enforce the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, the rules of racing and such orders and regulations as may from time to time be issued by the commission. Every permit to hold a race meeting is granted upon the express condition that the permit holder therein named accepts and agrees to observe and enforce the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, the rules of racing and such orders and regulations as may from time to time be issued by the commission.
